bdtvip Terms and Conditions

01. Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bdtvip ("Platform", "we", "our") and any user of this platform ("you", "member", "user"). bdtvip operates an online casino and sports betting platform for users in Bangladesh.

The key terms used in these conditions are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The bdtvip website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "Account" — A member's personal registered profile through which they access the platform's services.
• "Real Money" — A balance of actual monetary value calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, free bet, or other benefit provided by the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times you must place bets before withdrawing winnings from bonus funds.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form a complete legal framework.

02. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on the bdtvip platform and participate in any real money games or betting activities, you must be at least 21 years of age. Accounts of underage users will be cancelled at any time and all winnings will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, household, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration — full name, date, mobile number, email, etc. — must be true, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account cancellation.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdtvip may at any time request valid identification, proof of address, or payment method documentation from a member for identity verification purposes. bdtvip reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.

03. Account Management

3.1 Login and Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported immediately to [email protected].

3.2 Account Funds

Account balances are maintained by bdtvip and do not constitute interest-bearing deposits. A member may withdraw their own real money balance at any time, provided that the applicable conditions for any bonus-related balance have been met.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the bdtvip platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is no facility for transactions in other currencies.

04. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can be deposited on bdtvip via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

Members are required to deposit using a payment account registered in their own name. Using a third party's payment account is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal funds will be returned exclusively to the payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before processing a withdrawal, bdtvip may verify the following:

• Whether the account's KYC verification has been completed.
• Whether the applicable wagering requirement for any bonus has been met.
• Whether there is any fraud or suspicious activity on the account.
• Whether the withdrawal amount requested is supported by sufficient balance.

bdtvip may request additional documents or place a withdrawal on hold for security reasons if necessary.

4.4 Failed or Rejected Transactions

If a transaction fails due to a technical error or network issue, bdtvip will not deduct any amount from the member's account, or will promptly return any amount already deducted.

05. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdtvip offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing the welcome bonus. This means that if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

The games eligible for meeting the wagering requirement and other conditions will be specified in the promotion details.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus applies only once and to one member.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash; they are for betting use only.
• bdtvip reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
• If fraudulent activity is detected in connection with bonus use, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used together unless explicitly permitted.
• If a bonus is not used before it expires, it will be cancelled automatically.

5.4 VIP Program

The bdtvip VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Members can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. The benefits and conditions for each tier apply separately.

06. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

bdtvip confirms each bet immediately. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it is generally non-cancellable; however, bdtvip reserves the right to cancel and refund a bet in the event of a technical error.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the outcome of a game is affected by a software or hardware error, bdtvip may void that bet and refund the amount wagered. bdtvip is not obligated to pay out false winnings displayed as a result of a technical error.

6.3 Sports Betting

Specific sports betting rules apply for betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC), football (FIFA), and other sports. Bets placed after a betting market has closed will be voided. If a match or event is cancelled, the funds for the relevant bets will be refunded.

6.4 Live Games and Casino

In live casino games (including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play), all dealer decisions are final. Game rules are displayed in the game interface; it is the member's responsibility to read and understand them.

6.5 Maximum Bet and Winnings

bdtvip reserves the right to set maximum bet and maximum winnings limits for any game or market. Bets that exceed these limits may be rejected or adjusted.

07. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtvip platform. If detected, the account may be immediately closed and funds forfeited:

• Opening or using multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting activities.
• Fraudulent payment or chargeback activities.
• Automated betting using any software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence.
• Match fixing, sports manipulation, or gaining any unfair advantage.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

bdtvip reserves the right to report suspicious activities to the relevant authorities.

08. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdtvip platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property — belongs to bdtvip or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, broadcasting, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Members are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the platform, solely on the condition that these terms are followed.

09. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdtvip is not liable for:

• Losses caused by internet connection failures or issues with the user's device.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.
• Financial losses incurred by a member due to improper use of their account.
• Issues caused by viruses or cyberattacks, provided that bdtvip has implemented reasonable security measures.
• Financial or other losses suffered by a member as a result of betting outcomes.

In any circumstance, bdtvip's liability is limited to a maximum equal to the real money balance in the member's account.

9.1 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify bdtvip, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising from your violation of these terms or unauthorized use of the platform.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Before the account is closed, all applicable balances (subject to bonus wagering requirements being met) will be returned to the member.

10.2 Closure at bdtvip's Initiative

bdtvip may close or suspend an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Legal obligations or regulatory directives.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, bdtvip reserves the right to forfeit the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

11. Privacy Policy

bdtvip never sells members' personal information to third parties; however, required information may be provided to authorities where legally obligated.

12. Changes to Terms

bdtvip reserves the right to change, amend, or update these rules and terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform and/or communicated to members via their registered contact details.

Continued use of the platform after the updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request account closure.
